Job Duties
- Provide professional and friendly service to members and guests on the golf courses
- Knowledgeable of the Food and Beverage items (i.e. menu, beers, liquors, sodas, etc.)
- Have all Food and Beverage tickets completed properly with a server number, date, member's signature and member's number
- Knowledgeable of the layout of the San Antonio Country Club
- Direct members and guests to the golf pro shop, cart barn and the driving range
- Responsible for a cash bank
- Maintain accurate daily inventories of food and beverage items
- Knowledgeable of the Club's management and hours of operation for all Club outlets
- Communicates effectively with fellow wait staff, members, Golf Shop Supervisor, and other Food and Beverage Management and staff
- Performs all other duties as directed by supervisor or manager of the Club
