The position of Beverage Bartender at Boyd Gaming is an essential role that ensures guests receive outstanding service and high-quality beverage experiences. Working under general supervision, the Beverage Bartender is responsible for obtaining and serving guests’ beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Job Duties

  • deliver internal and external guest service the Boyd Gaming Way
  • be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members
  • anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
  • take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • mix ingredients, such as liquor, juice, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other beverages using recipes and adhering to guests’ special requests
  • accurately account for and collect payment for all drink orders through POS system in a timely manner
  • maintain bar by collecting used glassware, trash, and by consistently keeping the bar, work areas, and tables clean
