Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency required
- two years previous beverage experience required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of operating a cash register
- ability to operate bar equipment including juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, and ice tea machines
- excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively
- ability to interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts tactfully
- physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the casino
- ability to work in a noisy environment where smoking is permitted
- maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- mix drinks and collect payment from guests
- count bank at the beginning and end of shifts and complete necessary paperwork
- communicate clearly with customers in English to take orders
- clean bar area and restock supplies
- lift and move equipment and supplies including glass racks
- maintain a professional and pleasant attitude toward guests
- acquire knowledge of casino layout to provide accurate directions
- comply with all company information security policies
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional work environment
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
- complete all required training programs
- attend necessary meetings
- perform other duties as assigned including operating dishwashers and preparing garnishes
