Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good hand-eye coordination
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- exceptional customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role advantageous
- excellent communication skills

- knowledge of beverage preparation techniques beneficial
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and take beverage orders accurately
- prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages using espresso machines and smoothie makers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
- operate automated beverage systems efficiently
- explain menu items and ingredients clearly to customers
- handle special requests with attention to detail
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
