Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- exceptional multitasking abilities
- keen attention to detail
- outstanding attitude and customer service orientation
- ability to operate beverage equipment such as espresso machines
- willingness to follow prescribed procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
Job Duties
- welcome customers warmly and assist with their beverage orders
- prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages using espresso machines and other equipment
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- operate smoothie makers and automated beverage systems
- explain menu items and ingredients clearly to customers
- handle special requests and dietary needs efficiently
- multitask effectively during busy periods
