The role of Beverage Barback at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is a vital position within the food and beverage department. The Beverage Barback plays a key supporting role by ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves performing various preparatory tasks such as refilling ice bins, restocking liquor and garnishes, and replacing kegs, which are essential to keeping the bar fully functional during service hours. The Beverage Barback also assists in maintaining cleanliness by washing glassware, clearing away empty glasses, and performing deep cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing the bar area, coolers, and storage rooms.
