Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to six months related experience or training
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions
- Must qualify for and maintain a Class B gaming license
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pallet jack operation training
- Food safety knowledge
- TIPs training
Job Qualifications

- Three to six months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in small group and one-on-one settings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pallet jack training
- Food safety certification
- TIPs training
- Must qualify for and maintain a Class B gaming license
Job Duties
- Stock and rotate all beverage storage coolers and dated product
- Rotate, fill, and maintain Berg liquor dispensing system
- Transport and maintain CO2 tanks throughout the casino floor
- Take daily production stockroom inventories for accountability
- Assist in weekly inventories by inventory control
- Conduct monthly bar audits at all bars and service bars
- Program bottle spouts for the Berg liquor dispensing system
- Maintain and follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Abide by all liquor laws and Pechanga Resort Casino policies
- Provide deep cleaning of assigned beverage and bar areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
