Job Duties
- Comply with opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and instruments
- clean all equipment and work areas
- secure premises by locking doors
- verify with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture and instruments
- adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety trainings and certifications
- maintain professional uniform and appearance
- protect company information and property
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, carry, push, drag and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods or entire shift
- read and visually verify information
- perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees
- bend, twist, drag and stoop
- move on inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- ascend and descend service stairs and ramps
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls with proper etiquette
