Job Duties

  • verify with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
  • organize, stock and maintain work areas
  • stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture and instruments
  • adhere to company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • complete safety trainings and certifications
  • maintain professional uniform and appearance
  • protect company information and property
  • support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • assist team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, carry, push, drag and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods or entire shift
  • read and visually verify information
  • perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees
  • bend, twist, drag and stoop
  • move on inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • ascend and descend service stairs and ramps
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
