The role of Beverage Assistant Manager at Pechanga Resort Casino is a critical leadership position within the beverage department. This full-time opportunity, offering a salary starting from $72,529 per year, involves overseeing all beverage operations throughout the property including floor service bars and outlet bars. The Beverage Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all beverage services are conducted in a profitable and efficient manner, aligning with the budgetary goals established annually. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 2 years' relative experience in bar management
  • Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class "A" Gaming License
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to commute to Temecula, CA
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Effective mathematical skills
  • Reasoning ability to solve practical problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred experience with Micros POS
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Flexibility in scheduling

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Present a professional manner at all times
  • Ensure proper service and atmosphere for guests
  • Responsible for all administrative duties in absence of Beverage Manager
  • Ensure all liquor laws are adhered to and enforced by staff at all times
  • Work with Beverage Manager and supervisors in producing a work schedule for all beverage staff to ensure maximum productivity
  • Meet weekly with Beverage Manager to develop weekly and monthly forecast of revenues and costs
  • Maintain monthly inventory and control of all equipment required to operate the department
