With a heritage of excellence spanning several decades, Four Seasons consistently sets the standard in the hotel and resort industry by prioritizing the empowerment and well-being of its employees as the foundation for extraordinary guest experiences. At the heart of Four Seasons’ philosophy is the belief that life is richer when people are truly connected — to each other, the environment, and the place they call home. This ethos inspires every team member to push their limits, grow professionally, and uphold a culture of respect and kindness across all locations worldwide.

The Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village in Southern California embodies a sanctuary of wellbeing nestled at the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, positioned between the sunny beaches of Malibu and the famed vineyards of Santa Barbara. This hotel is not only a refined retreat with family-friendly warmth but also hosts the renowned Center for Health & Wellbeing, a premium wellness destination offering immersive health-focused experiences. Guests are invited to redefine rejuvenation through holistic approaches that balance luxury and relaxation.

The Beverage Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is an exciting opportunity for passion-driven hospitality professionals to join a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding beverage programs aligned with the hotel’s overarching brand values. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $82,000 and $92,000 and is pivotal in shaping the guest interaction with beverage selections. The Beverage Manager will lead the creation and execution of innovative beverage offerings across the hotel’s various outlets, including bars, restaurants, and in-room dining. A significant part of the role includes staff training initiatives to enhance knowledge about cocktails, spirits, and wine, ensuring that every team member confidently delivers an exceptional and personalized guest service.

Additionally, this managerial position demands expertise in inventory and cost control, menu development, and the continuous refinement of beverage experiences such as wine dinner programs and cocktail innovations. The Beverage Manager will be directly involved in performance monitoring, sales promotion, guest engagement strategies, and supporting management functions as needed. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments and values collaboration within a high-caliber hospitality setting.

Joining Four Seasons means being part of a company that invests heavily in the personal and professional growth of its people through comprehensive training programs, wellness initiatives, and competitive benefits. The culture embraces openness, inclusivity, and a dedication to excellence, making it a premier employer for those looking to elevate their hospitality career. As an equal opportunity employer, Four Seasons encourages individuals from diverse backgrounds, including minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, to apply and contribute to a workplace where everyone’s talents are valued and nurtured.
