The role of Beverage Activation Specialist at Trulieve is an exciting field-based position located in Florida, particularly requiring residency in the Pensacola area or willingness to work remotely with travel commitments. This hourly, non-exempt part-time role offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and reports directly to the Beverage Sampling Manager. It is integral to the company’s transformation business unit, aimed at expanding the presence and market penetration of Trulieve’s growing beverage line. The Beverage Activation Specialist will focus on executing in-market activities such as beverage sampling, merchandising, shelf stocking, and participating in various customer-facing events including festivals and promotional activations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and engaging directly with consumers to bring brands to life. Responsibilities extend beyond sampling to include setting up and dismantling point-of-sale (POS) materials and displays, consistently representing the brand in a professional and approachable manner, and providing detailed feedback following events to support strategic sales goals. Employees in this role are expected to travel extensively within the assigned region, potentially up to 90% of their work schedule, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position demands a high degree of independence, reliability, and organizational skills as it involves working largely unsupervised in retail environments and at events.
