The Beverage Cart/Bar Tender/Server position at GreatLIFE is integral to maintaining the exceptional service standards that members expect. This role requires an individual who is personable, friendly, and outgoing, someone who is enthusiastic about cultivating meaningful relationships with members and guests to ensure their experience with their membership is seamless and enjoyable. This role is not only about delivering outstanding customer service but also about embracing the company’s values and contributing positively to the team culture. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, as this is a requirement for serving alcohol. The position offers an hourly wage of $10.80 plus 100% of tips, with opportunities for cash flow sharing as well. This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive suite of benefits including paid time off, 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, and supplemental insurance plans.

In this role, you will be expected to perform your duties with a positive attitude and professionalism while working collaboratively as part of a team. You should be dedicated to improving your skills and knowledge continuously, ensuring you provide the best possible service to the members. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods as well as the capability to lift up to 40 pounds, as the job involves moving around the golf course and handling service carts.
