The role offered is for a Cleaning and Sanitation Team Member, a crucial position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the entire restaurant. This role demands attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. The position focuses on sweeping ashes from the brick ovens, managing the appearance and cleanliness of floors including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and floor mats, as well as polishing all brass items. The Cleaning and Sanitation Team Member also handles the removal of trash inside the restaurant and in external areas such as parking lots and landscapes, ensuring the environment is welcoming and safe for both guests and staff.
