Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to perform some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write)
- able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- sales skills preferred
- responsible alcohol service knowledge preferred
- proper cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- completing side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- keeping tables, floors, chairs, and service stations clean and organized
- assisting other employees as needed
- pre-busing tables
- greeting customers courteously and informing them of food promotions and specials
- answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspecting all food items to ensure proper garnishes and presentation
- removing dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
- reporting food and service complaints to the manager
- stocking silverware, condiments, garnishes, and other service items
