Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to perform some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to communicate (speak, read and write English)
- able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- responsible alcohol service preferred
- proper cash handling preferred
Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- constantly keeping areas - tables, floor, chairs, service station clean, neat and organized
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials
- answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes and presentation meet standards
- remove dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
- report food and service complaints to the manager
- stock silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments and various items
