Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle cash and payment processing
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Serve customers according to Bertucci's service philosophy and guidelines
- Provide hospitality by responding to guest needs timely and courteously
- Take and transmit food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen
- Ensure all prepared orders meet high standards before serving to guests
- Attend to customers in a speedy, friendly, and proper manner
- Correctly collect and process payments including cash out at end of shift
- Follow up with guests regarding food, drinks, and overall satisfaction
