Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle cash and payment processing
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Serve customers according to Bertucci's service philosophy and guidelines
  • Provide hospitality by responding to guest needs timely and courteously
  • Take and transmit food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen
  • Ensure all prepared orders meet high standards before serving to guests
  • Attend to customers in a speedy, friendly, and proper manner
  • Correctly collect and process payments including cash out at end of shift
  • Follow up with guests regarding food, drinks, and overall satisfaction
