Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
  • ability to communicate (speak, read and write English)
  • able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • strong sales skills
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • proper cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
  • clearing and resetting tables
  • a series of side work assignments
  • general cleaning of the work area
  • constantly keeping areas clean, neat and organized
  • assist other employees as needed
  • pre-bus tables
  • courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials
  • answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
  • visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes are added appropriately and food products are eye-appealing
  • remove dirty dishes as needed between courses and at the end of the meal
  • return dishes to dishwashing area
  • report all food and service complaints to the manager
  • stock silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments, and various items
  • take orders and transmit to kitchen
  • ensure that prepared orders meet high standards before serving to guests
  • attend to customers in a speedy, friendly and proper fashion
  • correctly collect and process payment including cash out at end of shift
