Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintenance of dough production equipment and cleaning dough area
  • May be required to receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
  • Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers are accurate
  • Store, unpack, and retrieve food items in the appropriate storage areas
  • Monitor and report malfunctioning equipment, arranging each item appropriately in sound working order
  • Prepare food products according to safety policies and demonstrate correct use of food service equipment and utensils
  • Maintain sanitary work area by cleaning food service equipment and utensils throughout food preparation
  • Wipe immediate work area as necessary after food preparation
  • Perform ware washing, floor maintenance including sweeping and mopping, and trash removal
