The role available involves working closely with food preparation and kitchen maintenance, ensuring all food products are prepared efficiently, safely, and to health department standards. Responsibilities include the cleaning and maintenance of dough production equipment, receiving and rotating inventory, monitoring equipment functionality, maintaining sanitary work areas, and performing floor and ware washing duties. The job requires an individual who can remain active through a 9-hour shift, work in extreme temperatures, and perform occasional heavy lifting. Attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and ability to work well under pressure are essential attributes for success in this position.

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintenance of dough production equipment and cleaning dough area
- May be required to receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
- Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers are accurate
- Store, unpack, and retrieve food items in the appropriate storage areas
- Monitor and report malfunctioning equipment, arranging each item appropriately in sound working order
- Prepare food products according to safety policies and demonstrate correct use of food service equipment and utensils
- Maintain sanitary work area by cleaning food service equipment and utensils throughout food preparation
- Wipe immediate work area as necessary after food preparation
- Perform ware washing, floor maintenance including sweeping and mopping, and trash removal
