Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 plus years of automotive service director or service manager experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Pass background check
- Pass drug test
- 21 years-old or older
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to attend social gatherings and travel occasionally
- Prolonged periods of sitting
- Ability to stand, crawl, reach, and use stairs occasionally

Job Duties
- Consult and collaborate with the Parts Manager and dealership management on all aspects of Fixed Operations including wholesale growth, all fill rate analysis, lost sales tracking, and general growth and profitability of the dealership parts business
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a strategic plan to maximize margins
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve aggressive sales goals and profit objectives
- Optimize parts inventory through the direction and influence of dealership management to ensure the attainment of Parts Sales objectives
- Drive growth and operational processes by utilizing tools such as MPI inspection process, CSS competitive services strategy, Reynolds Advance Service, Valvoline chemical program, and others
- Utilize systems, hardware, software, marketing, and products to maximize efficiency and accurately track inventory
- Implement and manage best practices that deliver exceptional customer service index scores
- Perform all other duties as assigned
