Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hotel management experience
  • Experience managing multiple departments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in hotel operational systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel regularly between Milwaukee and Kenosha

Job Duties

  • Direct operations in assigned departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure service consistency across both properties
  • Approve timecards, manage staff performance, and conduct training or onboarding as needed
  • Provide on-site coverage during leadership transitions, vacancies, or peak periods
  • Adapt quickly to property-specific systems, procedures, and team structures
  • Coordinate with the Regional Manager and property GMs to schedule and prioritize assignments
  • Monitor labor, budgets, and operational performance during coverage
  • Document key updates, performance observations, and assignment outcomes
  • Support special projects, system rollouts, or rebranding efforts
