The Bell/Valet Manager position at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire bell and valet operations, ensuring that services run efficiently and that guests receive attentive, professional care from arrival to departure. The manager will lead and develop a team of dedicated staff members, including valet supervisors and front-line team associates, to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. This role involves a range of administrative, operational, and personnel management duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, and conducting evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce. Additionally, the Bell/Valet Manager is tasked with maintaining company vehicles, managing department inventory, enforcing policies and procedures, and resolving guest complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction. The manager is also responsible for budget management, including the creation of a zero-based budget and consistent monitoring to meet financial goals monthly and annually. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- alcohol awareness card required
- must have DMV printout with clean driving record
- at least 2 years valet experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort
- minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial role
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to read and analyze reports and vendor bid sheets
- able to drive all Class C vehicles and limousines including manual shift vehicles
- ability to run and stand for 8 hours at a time
- strong attention to detail
- must keep abreast with new technology as it pertains to vehicles
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- must be knowledgeable with installing and removing chains
- must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access
- must be proficient in time management of self and team
- must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors

- must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
Job Duties
- Oversees all daily operations of the valet department
- manages all staff including valet supervisors
- hires, trains, schedules, counsels, terminates, and evaluates team members
- assists front-line team members when necessary
- maintains all company vehicles
- develops and enforces policies and procedures for the department
- orders inventory and maintains proper par levels of supplies
- resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction
- completes reports and projects as assigned by management
- ensures team is trained to exceed guest expectations
- creates and manages zero-based budget and meets monthly and annual budget goals
- performs other duties as assigned by management
