The Bell/Valet position on the graveyard shift is a vital role that focuses on providing courteous and professional overnight guest services. - Previous driving, bell service, or guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred

- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles if required

Job Duties
- Welcome late-night arrivals and assist early-morning departures with luggage, transportation, and guest support
- Escort guests as needed and provide hotel and local area information to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the lobby, bell areas, parking facilities, and hotel vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections, log vehicle and parking information accurately, and report any damage or maintenance needs promptly
- Patrol parking areas, monitor for safety hazards or suspicious activity, and support emergency and evacuation procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the Night Audit and Front Desk teams to assist with guest inquiries, check-ins, and overnight operations while upholding hotel policies and professional standards
