Job Description
Our hotel is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience by offering top-tier services and comfortable accommodations in a welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. As a well-established hospitality company, we focus on creating a memorable stay for every guest by fostering a professional and friendly atmosphere throughout our property. Our dedication to exceptional service has earned us a reputation as a trusted and preferred choice for visitors seeking quality accommodations and personalized attention.
We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Bell/Valet Associate to join our team. This vital role supports the hotel’s daily operations by delivering outstanding guest service while managing baggage handling and valet responsibilities. The position requires a hands-on approach in assisting guests with their luggage, safely handling vehicles, and upholding the hotel’s standards for safety and security. In addition to guest interaction duties, the Bell/Valet Associate will collaborate closely with other departments such as Front Desk and Housekeeping, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $11.50, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing the work of our frontline team members.
The Bell/Valet Associate plays a crucial role in shaping the guests’ first and last impressions of the hotel. Greeting guests promptly and courteously, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and delivering packages are key responsibilities to guarantee satisfaction and comfort. Moreover, this role involves managing vehicle parking and retrieval in compliance with the hotel’s ticketing and inspection protocols, ensuring smooth and secure vehicle handling.
This position also requires vigilance in safety and security by monitoring pedestrian traffic and patrolling public areas to identify and report any hazards. The Associate will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand and valet zones while also assisting with general maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs or minor plumbing repairs. Teamwork and communication using radios and other tools facilitate seamless coordination with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management teams.
Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license along with the ability to operate both standard and manual transmission vehicles safely. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, previous experience in customer service or hospitality operations will be considered advantageous. The role also demands good physical stamina to stand, walk, and move continuously, lift or handle luggage carts up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the hospitality industry by contributing directly to guest satisfaction and hotel operations excellence. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute to maintaining the highest standards of our hotel service. Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic workplace where delivering exceptional guest experience is our shared mission.
