We are currently seeking a full-time Bell/Valet Attendant to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in providing a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our valued guests. The Bell/Valet Attendant serves as the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel appreciated and cared for from the moment they arrive. In this position, individuals will perform various essential tasks such as greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting with luggage handling, and managing the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments, including the front desk and concierge teams.   • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor providing a positive first impression of the hotel
  • assist guests with luggage handling ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
  • park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently maintaining a secure and organized valet area
  • provide information about the hotel's facilities services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • assist with guest inquiries and special requests aiming to exceed their expectations
  • collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
  • maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
