Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- assist guests with luggage handling ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
- park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently maintaining a secure and organized valet area
- provide information about the hotel's facilities services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- assist with guest inquiries and special requests aiming to exceed their expectations
- collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
- maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
