The Bellstand Attendant at Aqua Aston Hospitality plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring first-class service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. This role involves greeting and escorting guests, assisting with luggage transportation and storage, and providing information about property amenities and local attractions. Bellstand Attendants function as the welcoming faces of the resort, making guests feel valued and comfortable. They also support guests with loading and unloading vehicles and ensure that guests’ needs and expectations are met timely and professionally.

The position is dynamic and requires physical activity such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 50lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
  • Committed to following company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Knowledge of local area and property amenities is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area
  • Assists with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
