The role of Bellstand Attendant at Aqua Aston Hospitality is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting owners and guests with their needs throughout their stay. As a Bellstand Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort, responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, handling luggage, and ensuring their comfort through personalized service. This casual position, offering an hourly wage of $24.65 and working 0-19 hours per week, is designed for individuals who take pride in providing top-notch hospitality. The role requires physical stamina to manage luggage and extended periods of standing or walking. Shift work, including holidays and weekends, is expected, offering flexibility for those seeking part-time employment.

The primary duties of this role include warmly welcoming guests, assisting them with their luggage, informing them about property amenities and local attractions, and helping with vehicle loading and unloading. Bellstand Attendants are expected to interact with guests and colleagues professionally, contribute to team goals, and adhere strictly to company policies and safety procedures. Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended period of time
  • lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 50lbs without assistance
  • position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area
  • assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • assist owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
