The seasonal Server role at Delaware North Sportservice in Little Caesars Arena is central to delivering outstanding guest experiences. This position involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring their visit is enjoyable and memorable by providing attentive and courteous service. As a Server, you are the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about menu specials, taking accurate food and drink orders, and delivering items promptly. Since this is a tipped position, the hourly wage starts at $6.50 excluding tips, emphasizing the importance of excellent customer service and a positive guest rapport to maximize earnings.

Servers are responsible for accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system, which ensures the kitchen and bar staff can efficiently prepare the requested items.
