Job Duties

  • Spend 50% of time on beverage production and 50% on hospitality and guest experience
  • Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues
  • Craft coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain, calibrate, and clean all equipment regularly
  • Drive excitement and create an inviting environment for customers and team
  • Engage with customers to guide menu ordering and recommend favorites
  • Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage the beverage area, maintain quality standards, and monitor service equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment according to Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards
  • Unload, stock, and maintain required inventory levels
