Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
- ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service
- dependable and reliable transportation required
- able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
- consistent attendance and punctuality required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- spend 50% of time on beverage production and 50% on hospitality and guest experience
- interact with customers, receive orders, process sales, and manage customer issues
- craft a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations
- ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly
- drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment
- engage with customers, guide them through the menu ordering process and recommend favorites to try
- follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- manage the beverage area, maintain quality standards and monitor all service equipment
- maintain a clean and safe work environment per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards
- unload, stock and maintain required inventory level
- champion recognition and motivation efforts, work as a team to deliver elevated experiences
