Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age
comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service
dependable and reliable transportation required
able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
consistent attendance and punctuality required

Job Qualifications

restaurant experience and beverage production preferred

Job Duties

spend 50% of time on beverage production and 50% on hospitality and guest experience
interact with customers, receive orders, process sales, and manage customer issues
craft a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations
ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly
drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment
engage with customers, guide them through the menu ordering process and recommend favorites to try
follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
manage the beverage area, maintain quality standards and monitor all service equipment
maintain a clean and safe work environment per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards
unload, stock and maintain required inventory level
champion recognition and motivation efforts, work as a team to deliver elevated experiences
