Job Description

Our resort is a premier destination recognized for its exceptional hospitality, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service standards. As a leading player in the hospitality industry, we pride ourselves on creating memorable guest experiences in an inviting and upscale environment. The resort offers a wide range of amenities including fine dining, recreational facilities, spa services, and beautifully curated event spaces. We cater to a diverse clientele who expect excellence from the moment they arrive until their farewell. Joining our team means becoming part of a professional community dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining an environment of warmth and hospitality.

The Bellperson/Valet role is a critical component of our guest services team. This position acts as the first and last point of contact for our valued guests, shaping the overall first impression of their stay. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, attentive, and capable of providing a seamless and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and offering helpful information about the resort and local attractions. This guest-facing position demands a high level of professionalism, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We value proactive individuals who take initiative in anticipating the needs of guests and enjoy creating personalized interactions that enhance their stay.

With a competitive pay rate of $17.75 per hour, this role offers excellent opportunities for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the hospitality sector. Our resort provides a supportive work atmosphere with comprehensive training to ensure that every team member excels in their duties. Additionally, we offer an array of team perks — including complimentary stays for employees and their families, free daily lunches, free parking, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Full-time team members benefit from medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as employer-paid life insurance, all aimed at creating a secure and fulfilling employment experience.

This position requires physical endurance due to the nature of the duties, including standing, walking, lifting luggage, and operating vehicles safely around the property. The Bellperson/Valet will work closely with front desk, valet, and concierge teams during busy periods, supporting overall guest satisfaction through collaborative efforts. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in an active work environment, and have a passion for service excellence, this role is an excellent fit. We seek candidates with integrity, a strong guest-first mindset, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each guest encounter is exceptional.
