Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift heavy luggage safely
- Valid driver’s license for operating property vehicles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Compliance with hotel policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate property vehicles safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically capable of handling luggage and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests
- Transport luggage
- Familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards
- Assist with guest transport by operating property vehicles
- Maintain equipment standards by keeping bell carts and work areas clean and in good working condition
