Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely operate property vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to follow hotel standards and procedures strictly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate vehicles safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
- Transport luggage and familiarize guests with rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care by retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing guest luggage
- Assist with guest transport by operating property vehicles to transport guests
- Maintain equipment standards by keeping bell carts and work areas clean and in working order
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality values
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations
