In the role of Bellperson, you will be a vital ambassador of Hilton’s hospitality, welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive and depart, managing luggage with care, and ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they step through the doors. This is a full-time position that demands a warm, friendly demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility. As a Bellperson, your day-to-day duties involve greeting guests, escorting them to their rooms, transporting their luggage safely and efficiently, and providing information about the hotel’s amenities and services. The role also includes operating property vehicles to shuttle guests to and from designated locations, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and work areas.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
  • Ability to operate property vehicles safely
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
  • Handle luggage with care by retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
  • Assist with guest transport by operating property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
  • Maintain equipment standards by keeping bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
  • Provide outstanding guest service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold safety and security standards while handling guest belongings
