We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Bellperson to join our dynamic team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests as they arrive and depart, offering a warm welcome and exemplary service that reflects our values. The Bellperson is responsible for greeting guests, handling their luggage with care, and providing swift and safe shuttle van transportation. This position demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive attitude.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the hotel’s layout, facilities, staff, and hours of operation, enabling them to assist guests efficiently and accurately. The Bellperson will also act as a local ambassador by providing directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. Additionally, this role presents opportunities to promote the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, lounge, and spa, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure environments. Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the varied needs of our guests. A valid state driver's license or chauffeur's license is required, along with a clean and safe driving record verified through the Motor Vehicle Record. The ideal Bellperson enjoys working as part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality services and creating positive guest experiences. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors as they enter and exit, ensure guests feel welcome to the hotel, and provide excellent guest service
  • Carry baggage to the guest's room, accurately tag and store luggage for guests as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage
  • Safely drive the hotel shuttle van
  • Have knowledge of the hotel property, hotel staff and hotel services, with hours of operation, give clear and accurate directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions
  • Suggest and sell the amenities of the hotel (i.e restaurant, lounge, spa, etc)
  • Respond to requests for bell services within 2 minutes
  • Safely drive guest vehicles and shuttle van as required
