Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in valet or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support seamless arrivals and departures by greeting guests, managing traffic flow, and assisting with luggage
  • Facilitate guest vehicle parking by collecting keys, issuing claim tickets, and transporting vehicles safely
  • Tag and track guest belongings by reading luggage tags and ensuring accurate handling
  • Handle guest items with care by retrieving, transporting, and organizing luggage and packages
  • Coordinate transportation needs by arranging taxis or other services upon request
  • Delight guests by maintaining an upbeat and friendly attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
