The role of Bellperson at WorldMark Anaheim Resort is vital to delivering outstanding guest service and enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Bellperson, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon their arrival, responsible for providing a warm welcome and seamless assistance with their luggage and other needs. Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide luggage assistance as needed including check in, check out, and room moves
- Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and more or run errands to exceed guest expectations
- Answer questions about amenities and services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc
- Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests
- Maintain luggage carts to ensure they are in working order and track bell cart inventory
- Handle guest requests or refer them to the appropriate department manager
