Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong English language skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and storage areas
- Familiarize guests with their room amenities and hotel facilities
- Retrieve, organize, and store guest luggage in compliance with hotel standards
- Maintain bell carts and work areas in a clean and operational condition
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
