The Guest Services team member will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with hospitality that reflects our brand values of integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership. Key duties include greeting and escorting guests during arrivals and departures, handling their luggage with care, and providing transportation assistance as needed. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment standards, ensuring that all bell carts and work areas are orderly and functional. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to luggage transport
- Valid driver’s license for operating hotel vehicles
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests
- Transport luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards
- Assist with guest transport by operating property vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and work areas
