Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Ability to handle luggage and operate bell carts safely

Job Duties
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve, transport, and properly store guest luggage according to hotel guidelines
- Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features and amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Keep management and leadership informed of any relevant guest feedback or operational issues
- Ensure timely delivery of messages, faxes, and other communications throughout the day
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and main lobby/front door coverage as needed
- Safely operate property-designated vehicles for guest transport, including to local airports when required
- Maintain the appearance, functionality, and upkeep of bell equipment and storage areas
