- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide professional, courteous, and personalized service to a diverse guest population
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and storage areas
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation services, including taxis, rideshares, and other guest transportation requests
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas
- Safely store and retrieve guest luggage and personal belongings
- Work collaboratively with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and service standards
