Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for operating property vehicles
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
- Transport and store luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Maintain cleanliness and good working order of bell carts and work areas
- Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency
- Provide exceptional hospitality that reflects Hilton's core values
