Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest services or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to operate guest transportation vehicles
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate hotel property vehicles safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests
- Transport luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care by retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing it according to hotel standards
- Assist with guest transport by operating property vehicles to designated destinations
- Maintain bell carts and work areas ensuring cleanliness and good working order
