This role uniquely combines the responsibilities of a Bell Attendant, Door Attendant, and occasional Shuttle Driver, ensuring a variety of daily tasks that keep the workday engaging and rewarding. Key duties include greeting guests with genuine hospitality, assisting with luggage upon arrival and departure, escorting guests to their rooms while highlighting hotel amenities, and operating the hotel shuttle safely for guest transportation. Additionally, Bell Attendants provide valuable local guidance, help with directions, restaurant suggestions, and assist guests with special requests or accessibility needs.

Alongside interacting directly with guests, Bell Attendants maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the hotel shuttle and entrance areas, contributing to the hotel's polished and professional appearance. They also support the Front Office by answering phones and handling guest inquiries, showcasing the role’s versatility. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or transportation experience is a plus
  • valid driver's license required
  • acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR) required
  • minimum one year of driving experience preferred
  • ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle van
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
