The Bellperson and Guest Services Agent I roles are pivotal in ensuring that guests receive an impeccable welcome and continuous attention throughout their stay. The Bellperson is often the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for greeting guests with warmth, assisting with their luggage, and offering transportation within the resort and surrounding areas. This role is more than just logistical support; it’s about creating a positive and memorable first impression, helping guests feel valued and comfortable right from the start.
The Guest Services Agent I is tasked with upholding the high standards of service expected at Sunriver Resort. This position requires an individual who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves actively promoting resort amenities, tours, and special events, enhancing guest experiences and contributing to the resort’s reputation as a destination and employer of choice.
Both positions require a strong commitment to teamwork and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and exhibit a friendly demeanor at all times. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also essential.
In this role, the ability to navigate and use technology is critical, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest service software. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality and customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the legal right to work in the United States.
