Duties include escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and providing transportation to local venues including the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. Job Duties
- Escorting hotel guests to rooms and assisting with luggage to and from guestrooms
- Transporting hotel guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan airport and other venues in the immediate area
- Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming when working
- Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Being attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Establishing and maintaining good communication and teamwork with fellow employees and other hotel departments
- Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation, and providing information about available services, facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
