The company's Be Excellent culture is not just a motto but a core value lived and breathed by all team members, from corporate leaders to field staff. This ethos ensures a supportive environment where employees can thrive and chart their own successful career paths within the hospitality industry.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Lobby Attendant to join our dynamic team. The Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in shaping the first and lasting impressions of our guests by providing courteous and efficient service upon their arrival and throughout their stay. This role involves escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and delivering essential information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Additionally, the Lobby Attendant is responsible for inspecting guest rooms to ensure everything is in perfect order, explaining room features, managing guest requests such as paging and message delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lobby areas.

In this fast-paced and guest-centric role, physical stamina and flexibility are key, as the job requires standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. The successful candidate will demonstrate a warm, professional demeanor exemplifying HVMG's Culture of Excellence — a friendly smile, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to assist others. This position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Lobby Attendant will also perform errands such as calling taxis, transporting guests within the premises via motorized carts, handling packages and laundry items, and assisting with room service duties. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are crucial, ensuring both efficiency and guest satisfaction.

HVMG values its associates and fosters an environment where they are empowered to control their destinies within the company. Recognized for its career growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and competitive benefits, HVMG is committed to supporting its team members both professionally and personally. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a respected and reputable hotel management company that truly cares about its people and guests alike.

Join us at HVMG and become part of a team that strives to make every guest experience exceptional while advancing your career in hospitality.
