The role available at SP+ is a customer service-driven position focused on guest assistance at a hotel environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding service by escorting arriving and departing guests courteously to and from their accommodations and assisting with luggage handling. Responsibilities for this position include reading and matching luggage tags, writing claim tickets, and tracking luggage accurately. The candidate will escort customers, inspect rooms, and familiarize guests with room features. Proper organization and storage of luggage are also essential duties, along with timely and friendly responses to guest requests. Maintaining a neat appearance, being punctual for shifts, and wearing the complete uniform are expected. Additionally, assisting supervisors and management with tasks as assigned is part of the job.

Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints
- Ability to use clock (standard/military time)
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to move quickly when necessary
- Must be punctual and maintain appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard instructions
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints
- Ability to use clock (standard/military time)
