Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing directions as needed
  • Operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles and bell equipment
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions to guests
  • Coordinate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Assist with other guest services duties as assigned by management
  • Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving
