Job Requirements
- One to two years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus
- Prior bellman and/or doorman experience highly preferred
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds regularly
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks
- Trustworthy and have integrity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the hotel and ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure
- Coordinate with valet parking vendor to handle guest's valet parking
- Maintain hotel's front drive, ensuring entrance is clear for all guests
- Answer questions and offer assistance, giving accurate information regarding, but not limited to, outlet hours, hotel services, and directions to local attractions or meeting space
- Facilitate hotel room orientations
- Deliver items to guest rooms as needed
- Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
