Job Requirements

  • One to two years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience is a plus
  • Prior bellman and/or doorman experience highly preferred
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks
  • Trustworthy and have integrity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure
  • Coordinate with valet parking vendor to handle guest's valet parking
  • Maintain hotel's front drive, ensuring entrance is clear for all guests
  • Answer questions and offer assistance, giving accurate information regarding, but not limited to, outlet hours, hotel services, and directions to local attractions or meeting space
  • Facilitate hotel room orientations
  • Deliver items to guest rooms as needed
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
