Job Requirements
- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- TAM card
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year previous experience in guest services
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Clear and polite verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide positive first impressions

- Efficiently handling multiple tasks like luggage assistance and vehicle parking during peak times
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Ensuring guest belongings are handled carefully and vehicles are parked securely
- Trustworthiness when handling guests' property
- Maintaining a professional and neat appearance
- Greet and thank each guest during the arrival and departure experience
- Assist, retrieve, store guest luggage
- Perform room deliveries
- Open car/lobby doors for all guests
- Maintains traffic control, ensuring fire lanes are kept clear at all times
- Secure taxis and other transportation for guests
- Maintain proper control of all guest keys
- Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management
